Walking

Another very easy and beneficial way to destress is taking a walk, especially in the crisp morning or evening. Not only is this a great way to connect with nature, but it allows you to move your body and release those endorphins from your body! Make it a goal to walk outside at least 3 times a week and see how you feel after each one. This is another activity that you can do solo or with a partner. You could even put your headphones on, or call a loved one – both of which will make you walk further than you expected. Give it a try!
