Yellow Wedding at Lincourt Vineyard

A yellow wedding on the blog today is just what we need to transition from summer to fall! A color palette is an important part to any event and this couple hit the nail right on their head for their rustic, Fall wedding. With lots of greenery, neutrals, and just the right pop of yellow, the design elements were perfectly complementary to the Lincourt Vineyard in Solvang.

Rachel & Dan’s Lincourt Vineyards Solvang Wedding was simply amazing. The people, the love, and the laughter. A perfect day from start to finish, and we’re so thrilled to have been a part of it as photographers, and as friends. Rachel & Dan are the type of people who easily swoon others with infectious laughter, never-ending smiles, charisma, kindness, and with their bubbly personalities. Heck, on their wedding day, we fell in love with them all over again.

Background: We first fell in love with Rachel back in 2008 in Florence, Italy. We were bunking at our friend’s place overseas and Rachel happened to live there too. Yes, it was love at first meet. 🙂 Flash forward to last summer. This is when we fell in love with Dan. We got to spend some real quality time with Dan during their engagement session. He’s the perfect sidekick for Rachel, and they compliment each other so well!

And this brings us to the gorgeous Lincourt Vineyards, where Rachel & Dan would be tying the knot. The day unraveled with pure happiness and with a relaxed and easy-going “let’s do this” vibe. The ceremony overlooked the rows of Lincourt Vineyards; it was sweet, heartfelt, and tear-jerking. And the reception closed out with a sea of dancers who twisted and shouted until time was called. It was a great day.
