Chic Purple Santa Barbara Engagement Session

The beauty of this engagement shoot is only rivaled by the couple themselves! With a stunning tablescape adorned with overflowing flowers and desserts that look too sweet to eat this shoot is elegant and picturesque! We love when an engagement shoot gives us a glimpse into the couple’s life and love and Natalie and Nicholas did just that with help from RomaBea Images Photography!

Natalie and Nicholas exude a chic vibe that’s just so classic and they highlighted it during their Engagement session.

We ventured into Santa Barbara where an outdoor dining room and cocktail hour was set up (complete with Natalie’s vintage record player and brat pack record collection).

The atmosphere was both decadent and rustic … chilled champagne, fruit & cheese, rustic bread wrapped in torn handkerchiefs and wrapped with twine + rosemary, gorgeous floral arrangements , all placed beautifully on a gold sequined table cloth (which will also make a debut at their reception next Fall) juxtaposed with the serene and rustic environment that is the Butterfly Preserve in Santa Barbara.

Apart from capturing some romantic moments, a toast to their love, or a shared laugh, they also wanted to document their carefully thought out Bridal party presentation boxes. Natalie used photos & notes of each Bridesmaid all clipped on a long string, and ended it with a handmade custom “will you be my Bridesmaid’ card purchased from Etsy .. while Nick used a wood branding tool to create custom tags showcasing his gifts to his groomsmen. These two are nothing short of thoughtful, and a little bit of fabulous.
