The longest day of the year (in sunshine hours that is) lends itself to the perfect wedding date for a summer wedding. After all, no one wants the sun to set on their wedding day! Elissa & Bruce said “I Do” in a beautiful pastel summer solstice wedding on an East Coast golf course. To balance all that gorgeous green, they accented with lilac bridesmaids dresses, and peach & ivory blooms. Altogether it’s classic yet whimsical and the bride & groom are positively radiant!
J Harper Photography shares, There was a 100% chance of heavy rains on the summer solstice, and yet the sun came shining through the clouds and stayed hanging in the sky until almost 9pm on Elissa & Bruce’s wedding day. It was a touch of magic. Combine that with the sweetest love you’ve ever seen (not to mention an ah-mazing BHLDN gown), and you’ve got yourself this bright, polished, colorful event in Northern New Hampshire that’s just to die for. Pops of vibrant spring stems were everywhere, from the tabletops to the bride’s hair to the floating peonies on the arbor.
Such great photos – loving all the pastels 🙂
