Nothing says romantic quite like rich purple details, stained wood, and neutral floral arrangements. This natural industrial wedding inspiration on IBT today is everything light, airy, and modern. And the color palette isn’t the only thing on point- just look at the Bride! She stuns in a gorgeous lace gown with a tulle party skirt, and wears a beaming smile in every image. This shoot is proof that you don’t need to have an outdoor wedding to achieve an airy, springtime ambiance!

Our team of vendors met in quaint downtown Independence, MO for an editorial inspired by the modern vibe of The Delaware, a new industrial event venue just outside of Kansas City, MO. With it’s floor to ceiling white brick walls and black-rimmed windows, we softened the space with more classic elements, such as the Watter’s Visconti gown from Altar Bridal and the cake so beautifully crafted by Classic Cakes.
Our model carried a lush, organic bouquet containing calming neutrals and pops of purple (if you look closely, you might even catch a glimpse of Pantone 2018’s Ultra Violet). In the Midwest, beautiful greenery and ideal weather for outdoor Spring weddings is not always possible, so we wanted to showcase an indoor possibility that allowed for natural light like you would get in an outdoor event. An installment created by the most talented Amy of Victorian Gardens helped give this inspirational shoot a more natural feel, and an abundance of loose arrangements and tapered candles were scattered throughout the table for added warmth.
This is so pretty – Love her dress!
I’m obsessed with those florals!
