From now on, when you think of an indoor garden, the vision of this lush garden wedding inspiration will pop into your head. The stunning shoot is nothing short of extravagant, dreamy, and above-all, inspiring. From the barely blue
Hayley Paige ball gown to the ceremony ‘arch’ made completely of snapdragons, roses, and eucalyptus leaves, it’s a true fairytale.
Pink and blue pastel hues also add to that fairytale like charm. And light and airy photography by
Amy & Jordan is the cherry on top!
Designer, Shannon, of
Sassy Soirees, describes her inspiration for this styled shoot:
Three words resonated with me as I was developing the vision for this workshop. Floral, organic, and soft.
In the early stages, the foundation of this design screamed, grey. Only the softest shade of grey would do, because, honestly…isn’t it just dreamy? With that in mind, I built off of a light solid grey linen. I didn’t choose anything patterned or begging for attention because the wild and organic floral feel was the main attraction. The centerpieces Sarah’s Garden Style designed were the perfect mix of florals and candles, which worked together beautifully. Hayley Paige also brought to life my vision of grey with this ball gown. The way the dress moved was like a dream and romance, defined, with the cathedral veil.
And just as a wedding is the beginning of a marriage taking root, I envisioned everything growing up and out of the “ground” – even though we were inside. Ultimately, I wanted it to feel like we were in a garden.
The cake table mirrored this natural, organic feel. A simple wood exposed table, softened ever so slightly with a draping of grey muslin. My personal stamp on every wedding is the unexpected. Something that leaves guests talking. And the donut wall exactly that pop of unexpected. Dozens of hand-dipped donuts in shades of blush to white to finish off our soft, romantic feel to everything.
Obsessed with EVERYTHING about this! So inspired!
