Metallic balloons and sparkly tassels?! These are the makings of the chic and feminine bridal shower brunch that celebrated this city bride to-be! That and a full fledged toast bar (think gourmet avocado or prosciutto + figs) in addition to a make-your-own-mimosa station. What more could you need?! But really, these fun food, drink, and decor ideas are easy to execute no matter where your shower is or what the theme. The girly soiree shows how you can simply and sweetly shower the Miss in your life as she transitions to Mrs.
The planner at Ohana Events shares…
This bride wanted a very bright, white, and chic bridal shower in the city of Chicago. Paris 312 was the perfect space to host a 20 person brunch at one long table. We used many shades of pink and purple in the flower arrangements, table decor, appetizers, and balloons. For each place setting, we ordered ring shaped cookies to serve as favors. We also had a balloon wall that said “Miss to Mrs” and an oversized “Mrs.” balloon to take cute photos with.
No bridal shower would be complete without a ‘build your own mimosa’ bar with a variety of fruit toppings. The ladies started with mimosas as well as a bruschetta bar during ‘cocktail hour’, and then sat down for a lunch at the table before finishing with gifts and games.
Saving this one for when it’s my time!! I love it!
