Ashley Baumgartner shares more about this spring micro-wedding,
The texture of the macrame. The classic sophistication of a calla lily. And the romance of an intimate wedding gathering dripping in bohemian details. From rattan lanterns lighting up the night, a surplus of pampas grass to add some flair, and chic bridal accessories, the team behind Alluring Events left no detail unthought-of for Noel and Garrison’s intimate micro-wedding inspiration.
Nestled in the rolling hills and valley of Northern California, the Maples provided the perfect, private property meets ranch venue for their intimate nuptials. With a variety of landscapes to choose from including the historic sun-lit oak tree amongst the beautiful ranch house, the lawn with poolside views, and more, The Maples leaves guests with a myriad of beautiful scapes to take in.
As their intimate guest list arrived driving down the iconic maple tree-lined street amongst widespread olive groves, they were welcomed with a bounty of charcuterie by Cheese Mama and a lounge fit for only the most important guests. Large rattan chairs nestled amongst macrame rugs, unique lanterns lighting the way, and a poolside view provided a relaxing environment before the bride and groom stepped forward to say their I do’s drenched in sunlight and macrame details.
With a chic and funky wide-brimmed hat, detailed with pampas and dried florals, Noel met Garrison at the altar to exchange vows in their gold foil and white leather vow books, proclaim their love openly and become husband and wife. Noel stunned in a textured lace gown by Tara Lauren from Grace and White Bridal while Garrison stole all the double takes in his sleek navy suit. Noel’s plentiful oversized bouquet of dried florals accented her relaxed but beautiful feminine makeup by Miss Marissa Artistry and hairstyle by Sara Starr Hair. Touches of dreamcatcher-inspired jewelry, a small wicker handheld clutch, and gold-lined accessories from Untamed Petals completed her look including a gorgeous ring from Trumpet and Horn.
Following their ceremony, the bride and groom explored the fading light on the Maples’ beautiful property before joining their guests at an intimate dinner soiree fit for their VIPS. Directed to their seats by a uniquely crafted seating chart, dripping from the macrame backdrop, guests headed from the pool area to the garden to see what awaited them. Gold Metz chairs from Lux Event Rentals and Design lined a wooden table in the intimate garden, topped with a lush mixture of cream florals, individual calla lily bud vases, and dried florals for texture and depth. Soft fabric touches from Party Crush Studio, alongside tabletop rentals from Celebrations Party and Rentals only enhanced their bohemian and organic aesthetic.
After dining, the bride and groom treated their guests to a two-tiered masterpiece of a cake by Go West Baking and Events, dripping in texture and layers amongst custom-designed cookies covered in white and cream florals like their micro-wedding day was.
Noel and Garrison celebrated their love in the most intimate way, surrounded by their closest family and friends, beneath the stars of Northern California’s valley, and dripping in soft touches of bohemian love and life captured by Ash Baumgartner and Taylor Petrinovich.
