This bohemian woodsy elopement is for the bride who wants to embrace the outdoors – but still look and feel like a bride. Decked out in a long sleeved gown dripping in metallic beading, this bride didn’t skimp on style. And neither did the designers. Everything from the chandelier of hanging terrariums from Beaurust Flowers to the silk draped ceremony hanging from I Love Love Events was made by the talented team. The Ramsdens captured all the creative details of the shoot beautifully. We hope it tickles your boho bone and inspires you to go for something a little different!
From Lauren of I Love Love Events…
The inspiration for this elopement came from the beautiful, scenic backdrop. I wanted to contrast that with bright pops of color so the table and flowers really stand out. I love the idea of an enchanted picnic in the middle of the forest, like you walked into a well-styled episode of “The Bachelor.” I recently traveled to Morocco and while the look isn’t overly Moroccan, I brought back some stunning textiles that all make an appearance in the shoot and prove that bohemian can be bright and colorful. The Rue de Seine gown from Lovely Bride could not have been more perfect. The exquisite metallic hand beading was just the right amount of edge.
Our advice for brides planning now is that if your dream is to elope in the woods & share a bottle of champagne with the one you love surrounded by the beauty of nature and some curated beauty as well -then GO for it. Your wedding truly can be whatever your dreams are made of.
