The planner shares,
“Hotel Salviatino offers the most spectacular views of Florence, where Eliana and Angelo hosted their intimate nuptials. When Eliana and Angelo first started dating, he had asked her where she imagined getting married. She confidently replied, “Italy, of course”. Eliana is definitely a woman who knows what she wants.
Guests were invited to the ‘welcome barbecue” in the Belvedere garden, the day before the event. Here, they wined and dined under the Tuscan sunset with romantic Edison bulb lights and a Tuscan-style menu. The couple said “I do” in the most romantic setting, with their closest family and friends the following day.”
The planner shares the details,
“The nuptials started later in the day because of a heatwave in Florence, so guests enjoyed extra time by the pool. The ceremony took place in the Pergola – a lush, 20 foot tunnel filled with Italian greens and foliage. Then, guests made their way into the Giardino d’Italiana for cocktails.
The dinner experience was like no other. The design was titled “a sky full of stars”. A 30 foot long light installation cascaded over the table, filled with foliage, florals and candles. Throughout dinner, a live trio was playing romantic Italian ballads, while guests enjoyed a 4-course delicious meal. In true Italian fashion, the wedding cake is a mille-feuille, which is a puff pastry with a layer of pastry cream. Guests danced the night away under fireworks surrounded by the majestic hillside that is Florence. All of Eliana’s dreams of having an elegant and romantic wedding in Florence came true this night.”
