We’re headed back to Cabo for this spectacular wedding! This fantastic use of color is all we need to keep our summer dreams alive. The greens and oranges take center stage as this couple gets to celebrate such a beautiful day. By incorporating colors that suit the background so well, you truly feel like you are on an island vacation. We’d attend weddings like this all of the time if we had a say. Looking for a reason to get married in Cabo? Here it is!
A few Q&A with the bride,
How did you meet, and how long did you date before getting engaged?
We met online, using the Bumble application. We dated for 22 months prior to getting engaged
Who proposed? When and how?
Brett proposed on April 27, 2019th while on a hike together, he recreated our first date which was a hike, followed by dinner at our favorite restaurant
How did you choose your wedding venue?
Our very first trip as a couple was less than one month after we met and we went to Cabo with a group of friends! Less than a year later, we went back, just the two of us, and dined at Acre for the first time. When we saw the Mango orchard, we knew that was our spot. It was actually the only venue we considered when planning our wedding.
Did your wedding have a theme? If so, how did you choose it?
We didn’t have a theme but loved the lush palms, cactus, and agaves, and modern vibe that Acre has to offer, our color palette was selected to complement the natural aesthetic.
What color scheme did you choose and why?
Love most colors, including pinks and oranges, wanted something to complement the natural beauty of Acre
What did you learn from the experience?
We had anticipated and looked forward to this day for YEARS! We learned that your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable ways to begin your lives together and was a great reminder for life in general, which is to enjoy every moment because it goes by SO fast. We are so fortunate to have gathered with our families, best friends and our newborn son in Cabo to celebrate our love story.
