Who knew baby fever could stem from an event? We didn’t. This Rainbow “Onederland” birthday party takes the cake for today’s source of joy. Somehow there is the perfect combination of rainbows without ever feeling overdone. We’ve already decided our next birthday party might have to have a bouncy house. The detailing in each aspect of this birthday party is incredible. Even the cake and cookies are almost too pretty to eat…almost. As a result, we hope you join us in getting lost in the magical event that follows. Similarly, we have the inspiration covered if you’re looking to have the next best birthday party on the block.
Photographer Demi Mabry tells us the meaning behind this incredible Rainbow “Onederland” birthday party celebration,
Bailey Schwartz, a local blogger here in Charlotte, NC, threw an incredible first birthday party for her daughter, Wyatt! It was incredibly important to her for her daughter’s first birthday party to feel happy and unique. She came across the Meri Meri “Happy Doodle” plate and became inspired by the whimsical, fun-loving feel of the print. We all loved the alliteration behind “Wyatt’s Onederland,” so Bailey decided to put a less-traditional spin on the theme by combining symbols that remind her of her daughter.
Bailey had a miscarriage prior to having Wyatt, so it was important to incorporate rainbows since rainbows have always been a theme in her life. On the day of her first birthday, they even saw an end to end rainbow! I absolutely love how Bailey and her planner, Candace, brought the inspiration from the plate to life, capitalizing on every small detail to make the event feel joyful and bright, the escape we all needed after a tough year like we’ve had.
We most definitely went over the rainbow looking over the pictures from this first birthday party. Therefore, if you’re having the same problem of wanting to see more, we’ve got you covered. Birthday party inspiration is key to the perfect day. As a result, check out this Vibrant Coachella First Birthday Party!
