Deer Little One: A Woodland Themed 1st Birthday Party

Oh deer! This woodland themed 1st birthday party is too cute to miss! As an event planner mom, Yoko of Two Perfect Events knew just how to celebrate her daughter Noa’s first birthday. Inspired by Noa’s adoration for their family dog Koko, who bears a striking resemblance to a fawn, Two Perfect Events transformed their space into a playful English countryside adorned with magic and deer! The deer themed birthday party was a perfect fit for their whimsical little one. Read on to see all of the enchanting details for this first birthday party!

The planner shares,

“A playful backdrop by Boho Loko Studio featured some of Noa’s treasured stuffed animals from Cuddle + Kind, complemented by balloons, butterflies, and the same deer featured on the invitation.”

The planner continues,

“The invitation set the tone with a picnic basket with a pink gingham ribbon as the cover to open up to a fun deer & picnic themed invitation with a photo of Noa in a deer outfit. Everything at the party matched both the colors of the invitation as well as the designs.”

“The party was filled with golden kiwis (Noa’s favorite fruit) painted with a deer print along with disco balls and pink butterflies scattered about. Guests were greeted at the welcome table by an array of fruits and a delicate floral arrangement, with the opportunity to sign the wooden ‘N’ as a cherished keepsake – now displayed in Noa’s room.”

“There was a safe play area, where Noa’s friends could play with inflatable disco balls & other toys. The parents could enjoy both alcoholic & non-alcoholic slushies and other beverages but TÖST was a big hit as a non-alcoholic champagne option that still felt like an adult drink! For lunch, the adults could enjoy a build-your-own poke bowl station & sushi (a nod to Noa’s Japanese background) along with some baby friendly foods. The lunch table for Noa and her friends was transformed into a picturesque picnic spot, complete with a sweet & playful floral arrangement by Seva Floral, a leaf green gingham tablecloth, felt toy cookies in tiny baskets, sippy wine cups, wooden utensils, scalloped (unbreakable!) bamboo plates, and napkins sourced from the UK.”

“Our guests were gifted magnet favors which could display mini polaroid photos taken with the backdrop. On their way out, there was a selection of fruits that they could pick from baskets. It was a joyous celebration filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments, marking the beginning of many more magical adventures for our little Noa.”
