Gold is the perfect color for a baby shower! It’s gender neutral, can go a ton of different directions, and is perfect for the boho mommy-to-be like Angela! We love how the Beijos Events girls took Angela’s style and made it into a gold baby shower that wasn’t too girly-girl but still has a glam vibe.
The theme was a gold and white brunch with a yummy waffle bar for the guests and the location was a gorgeous and modern Huntington Beach backyard. They used the most amazing mid century glassware and fun gold tableware from Archive Vintage Rentals for the tablescapes and since the mommy to be is a huge fan of succulents, they knew exactly what to do for the florals! MV Florals took their vision and ran with it for all of the floral pieces including the fun succulent favors each guest got to take home with them. Orange Paper Shoppe added the cute details of the thank you flags in each favor, the photo booth sign, and the fun yet simple white and gold invites. The highlight of the day was probably Great Dane Bakery‘s array of mini cakes for guests to share and nibble on! The guests ooh’d and ahh’d over how cute and special each cake was!
The guests also enjoyed a mimosa bar (we’re in!), a sparkly photo booth, and a game guessing what name Angela would soon choose. It was a beautiful sunny California morning spent celebrating a little bundle of love arriving soon for Angela and her hubby!
