Carole at Pompons Events planned this fête for her daughter to celebrate her turning 10! Double digits is a big deal, so we aren’t surprised that she went all out with a beautiful blush unicorn birthday party. It features a milk shake station, paper flower centerpieces, and a unicorn cake, of course! But that’s not all – just about every dessert features an adorable unicorn motif!
Carole says, For my daughter’s 10th birthday party, I wanted to create a nontraditional unicorn party. The party was a mix of rose gold, blush pink, and a touch of florals. I wanted the kids to have a blast, so we had small activity stations. The girls made unicorn slime with unicorn containers and filled their unicorn mugs with colorful shakes at the milkshake bar, topped with candy, chocolate unicorn horns and whipped cream.
I love to work on small details. Starting with the beautiful floral backdrop on the dessert table, to the unicorn boxes made of tiny paper flowers to match the theme, to the paper flower runner, unicorn horns, custom party signage, labels, and all the magical details that made this party unique in its decor and setup. The gorgeous deserts from Little Leah’s kitchen made the sweet table shine with matching details, cuteness, and mouth watering deserts designed to perfection.
When it comes to planning my own kids’ parties, my creativity has no limits. We celebrate together the most memorable moments and my heart is filled with so much love and joy knowing that their birthdays are not only a number but unforgettable family moments.
