The Perfect Pieces for Poolside Entertaining

Summer is in full swing and with the holiday weekend approaching so are our plans for poolside entertaining! We love bringing the party outdoors and enjoying dinner on the patio or snacks (and cocktails!) by the pool. However, finding outdoor dinnerware, serving trays, glasses, etc. that are both cute and functional for an outdoor environment isn’t always easy. We fell in love with Geary’s summer collection this year not only because it meets those qualifications, but also because we don’t have to label it as our ‘outdoor set.’ These pieces are too pretty to just be contained to entertaining by the pool. Here’s how we took them from the inside-out and how we are going to use them this weekend!

Serve up a summer sangria in a pretty pitcher and tumblr glasses (these are plastic AKA perfect for the poolside) alongside it. This is a great time to bring out the set you registered for too! We like the clear color for displaying all the pretty colorful fruit inside.

After everyone has enjoyed a few bites & drinks all afternoon, serve up an al fresco dinner outdoors! We love bringing out the colorful dinnerware when we dine outside because it carries an air of casualness and screams summertime. Add in bamboo flatware and green linens tied up with natural napkin rings and you’re set! Swap out the wooden serving platters for these wicker salad bowls and trays to present a beautiful meal. We love that there are no rules to outdoor entertaining – mix & match green, blue, and red for a set-up that’s ultimately fun.
