Tis’ the season for entertaining, holiday parties, and fun cocktails! Which also means we tend to take in a few more calories via our beverage choices. oops! Kelly LeVeque of Be Well by Kelly is here to help with is Moscow Mule recipe – that’s healthier than your typical mule! She calls it her “Be Well Mule.” We’re trying it out on our party guests this season – in super cute copper mugs of course! If you’re more of a sake fan, try this out!
Ingredients
2 ounces of vodka
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce pressed ginger juice
2 ounces of club soda
1 lime wedge
2 drops of liquid organic stevia (optional)
Serving: 1 cocktail
Directions:
In a tall glass with ice, add Vodka, lime juice and ginger stir. Add club soda and squeeze the lime wedge and add it to the drink. If you enjoy a less tart cocktail add 2 drops of liquid stevia, stir and enjoy.
