Start each morning by writing out your top priorities. This should include everything you need to get done that day and one or two tasks that you hope to get done. Be realistic with yourself and plan how much time each task will take you and how much you can handle in a day.

As we mentioned earlier, be realistic. Sometimes we think we can handle it all, but maybe we need a small reality check. No one expects you to complete all of your hopes and dreams on a particular day. Instead, focus on the smaller steps that will push you forward towards those bigger goals. Take it one day and one task at a time, and don’t overwhelm yourself. Believe it or not, you do have plenty of time to accomplish everything you want!

If you have a smartwatch, you can pair it to your calendar and get reminders of what tasks you should be working on throughout your day.
