Valentine’s Day Office Party

When your office doubles as the perfect event space, you can’t not have a Valentine’s Day office party! Mollyann & Alexandra, the event planners at The Stockroom at 230did just that – and photographed it too! With cakes, cookies and giant balloons, it doesn’t matter if it was just them two. They clinked champagne and turned the photos into a sweet sweet card for all the people they work with on this Valentine’s Day. Here’s what they have to say about the fun day:

When making the decision to send holiday cards to other vendors, we chose a less-traditional route and thus this Valentine’s Day-themed styled shoot was born!  We were aiming for a sweet, romantic photo shoot but with a fun and modern twist. We embraced the classic Valentine’s colors and added a mix of gold and white to accent the blush pink and bold red combination. We paired flowing skirts, feminine linens and a petite dessert display to contrast with the unique, rustic elements of the venue such as the exposed brick and chalkboard wall.  Some of our favorite things about this shoot include these stunning skirts by Frill, over-sized, confetti filled balloons, and our impromptu photos in downtown Raleigh’s bustling Fayetteville Street.
