Today we’re featuring one of the cutest stationery companies I have ever seen! I love Olive Hue’s creativity and clean designs. The founder Jane went to school locally in CSULB where she studied, while in college she studied abroad for a year in Italy (my favorite place ever!) where she mastered her by craft selling holiday cards to make money. When asked what inspired her Jane said “I wish I could pinpoint one particular thing that really inspires me, but anything can trigger an idea. It may be the most random thing too…the way a dress flows and makes the lines, sconces in a building, type from a sign of a business, graffiti, fashion magazines, really anything can inspire me. It all depends on what I choose to do with that inspiration that makes my work special to me. Each client that I meet has an idea, inspiration, or style that can trigger their personal stationery or identity. I take that and run with it!” I love the idea of taking the ordinary and making it beautiful! How creative is that?! I love Olive Hue’s designs so much that I hired them on to design my paper products for my LA bridal shower, everything was so amazing! Take a look below at her beautiful products and stop by her newly designed website!
I absolutely adore Jane, her blog and her paper goods! Love this post, Leila!
