If you know me by now, you know I love super 8 wedding films and I Do Films is one of the best! Not only are their films beautiful to look at but they have a unique package that I haven’t found anywhere else! Lori Roche and Matt Buckman started the company in 2008 and they are already making their name known through their use of super 8 film and digital together. They also offer an amazing honeymoon package that will blow you away! Through I Do Films you can rent an 8mm video camera to take along with you on your honeymoon and when you come home you just send them the camera and they make you your very own honeymoon movie! AMAZING RIGHT??
I borrowed one of those cameras and I am so excited to see what my honeymoon film looks like! Gallivanting around Italy filming our experiences and unlimited breathtaking landscape will make for such a special movie so we can relive those wonderful experiences again and again! Lori shares with us how her and Matt came up with this amazing concept:
“The idea for this package actually came from a client of ours. We filmed their wedding in Super 8 and they were joking about wanting us to come and film the honeymoon too. Of course, it was too expensive to bring us along on the honeymoon, but sending a camera and film with them was a reasonable solution.”
