We came up with 5 quick and simple DIYs to spruce up your desk on our lifestyle blog today! Not only are they bright and eye-catching – but they’re functional. As big proponents of having an inspiring office, we are always looking to refresh our space. Here’s how we did it – You can also check out our Youtube channel to see the process BTS!
1. Desk Calendar
What You Need: Printed Calendar, Colorful Washi Tape
How to: Simply find a space on your desk that’s always visible and easy to write on. Stick it on by lining the edges with washi tape!
2. Hanging Reminder Garland
What You Need: Heavy Ribbon, Clothespins, Cute Notecards
How-to: String the ribbon across a bookcase, wall, or tac board, and clothespin on your reminders! A great spot for the things that you need to see in front of you to remember!
3. Supply Jars
What You Need: Mason Jars (ours are green!), dry erase tape
How-to: Write your supply labels on dry erase tape, cut to fit, and place. Then fill with the supplies you want at the ready!
4. Flowers
What You Need: Silk flowers
Silk flowers allow you to interchange arrangements, and have blooms on your desk that are always looking fresh!
5. Paper Lined Cubbies
What You Need: Wrapping Paper, Glue Dots
How-to: Measure and cut cute wrapping paper in the dimensions of your cubbies, and use glue dots to adhere it. Do this for just one cubby as an accent nook or for all!
Voila! Your desk is spruced and ready to inspire!
