Burgundy Wine Country Wedding

Nothing says wine country like the deep burgundy color of a glass of Pinot Noir…and we love Pinot Noir! This wedding is the perfect amount of country and comfort, with red accents that create a dreamy feel. This shoot was inspired by two of my favorite things, red wine and metallics. I wanted to showcase the wine country region’s ability to have gorgeous weddings that are not winery or vineyard focused. I took a whimsical approach to the area’s sought after farm to table experience. The ceremony and lounge spaces were designed to fit the theme while still having that comfortable, ranch style feeling. The copper rings and floral created a ceremony focal point against the beautiful pond. The wood benches and eclectic pillows added to the oudoor whimsy of the space as well. For the reception table, the rich wine and berry hues of the florals and incorporating fresh fruit in to the centerpiece design, created a natural looking design that was reflective of the area’s farms and wineries. The backdrop for the shoot was at a stunning ranch property which ! is how the rustic metallics of coppers and golds were incorporated. The lovely details of copper arched place card holders with torn blush cotton name cards and the wood backed menus with leather cording tied the beautiful metallic centerpiece vases and fresh fruit together beautifully. To continue the design, we had a rustic copper buttercream designed, vibrant red specialty cocktails, and a beautiful stationery suite with copper head accents, and a stunning envelope liner that matched it all perfectly.
