Being festive on St. Patrick’s Day can be difficult, and too much green can turn cheesy, fast! However, Design Perfection got this one just right. This green wedding used the perfect amount of color to create an atmosphere that was St. Patrick’s Day inspired, but not overwhelming. Keeping a clean palette, and adding pops of color is the key to making this color scheme work. We love how they chose white as their main color, and then added pretty green elements in a variety of tones. Pops of green like the bridesmaids dresses and the amazing table runner combined with clean white elements made for a festively beautiful green wedding!
We are absolutely obsessed with this wedding dress… Those ruffles! We love the idea of a dramatic dress and a simple bouquet, like this one, made of white flowers and natural greenery. The natural elements throughout this shoot, like the wooden centerpieces, also helped make the color scheme feel more earthy. The ceremony decor especially stood out. The green wedding backdrop was amazing, and looked so elegant against the exposed brick wall! We haven’t seen clear chairs used in a reception before, but love the modernity they bring to the earthy theme. Finally, our absolute favorite part… a make-your-own s’mores bar! Marshmallows on sticks, chocolate bars, and graham crackers make the perfect late night reception snack!
