Never heard of Galentine’s Day!? We have to admit…we hadn’t either! Until the fun ladies over at Beauty Pin passed along this amazing Galentine’s Day brunch! Girls often have a love-hate relationship with Valentines Day – if you’re in love it’s a time to be spoiled by your significant other, and if you’re not in love there is often a sense of bitterness. The Beauty Pin girls wanted to create a very different and fun take on the typical Valentine’s Day celebration – one that can be spent with your girlfriends, some bling, a glass of champagne and all things girly, sparkly, and fun! (We can definitely get behind that!)
The girls started with a “Kate Spade Meets Barbie” color palette and went from there with Belle Mer as the perfect blank slate! What could be better than brunching with your girlfriends with lots of sparkle! The amazing team at Tutu Cute & Co executed their Galentine’s Day vision of decor perfectly; they wanted to incorporate some of the biggest trends of 2014 into their look. Delicate ostrich feathers lined our white table linens, pops of Radiant Orchid (Pantone’s color of the year) and bows accessorized invites and the girls hair-dos. Mixing in polka dots with the bright pops of color and super cute confetti!? Count us in!
When you put together sweet treats, champagne, confetti and great girlfriends, a fabulous time is inevitable. Ditch the dudes and grab your gals for a Galentine’s Day Brunch this Valentine’s Day!
