For their second daughter’s room, Nicki and her husband wanted to create a space that was a girly sea inspired nursery. Besides deciding to reuse the crib, glider and window treatments from their first daughter, Amelia’s, nursery, the first purchase they made was an adorable vintage chest from a local consignment shop. They found the perfect peachy pink wall with Sherwin Williams’ Faint Coral. The mirrored console as a changing table as well as the beachy accessories and artwork gives the space more of a non-baby vibe. Their almost 4 year old daughter loves the little corner of the room that is her designated baby doll area complete with a crib and high chair. What a cute idea to involve their oldest by taking care of her own “baby” while Mommy takes care of her sister.
