Today we’re kicking off our Sandpipers holiday home tour segment with this gorgeous, contemporary Mediterranean villa! We were so excited to tour some of Manhattan Beach’s finest homes, which were offered up by local residents for some festive holiday enjoyment. Proceeds from these fundraising events were allocated to the South Bay Community… it’s the season of giving back, after all! A very special thank you to Aaron Shintaku for the amazing photos + Stephanie Uchima of Preppy Chic Events, who helped make all of this happen… just wait until you see the gorgeous table setting she created!!
We seriously don’t know where to begin with this home! From the living room to the patio to the individual rooms, the Moroccan and European touches are simply stunning!!
