Last week when I was scouring the blog world for images of handwritten letters I absolutely fell in love with this Villa del Sol’Oro wedding one image was attached to. Leave it to Hazelnut photography to have captured the beauty and all of the unique details. I adore all of the little personal touches that Karri and Doug incorporated into their day. Their ties were from the Toybreaker store on Etsy.com and were made custom for the guys. Karri’s two nephews acted as ring bearers. One acted as a ring bearer who held a nest with rings, and the other was an “honor bearer”, who carried a picture of Karri’s late father (who passed away suddenly last year). Karri also incorporated a locket into her bouquet in honor of her father.
The couple was married at Villa del Sol d’Oro in Sierra Madre, CA. In the Now events and My Wedding Blooms were responsible for the planning and decor and I am sure you agree, they did a great job!
I love it. The ties are my fave….
Beautiful location and I love the design of petals on the aisle.
everything is absolutely adorable! I am in LOVE with the ties!!!
Oh Leila!
Thank you for featuring our little shin-dig! We tried to concentrate only on the most meaningful of details, while being true to us as individuals and us as a couple – and without getting caught up in cookie-cutter clutter. Once we had an idea for an overall theme (a fun Italian dinner party), all of the other elements fell into place. And WE had an absolutely fantastic time, filled with loads of love and laughter…
I agree…the ties are so fabulous!
Oh, the groomsmen’s ties are brilliant!
