.01 – Schedule out your day’s
Nothing will set your weekend plans up for success like actually making the plans. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? But in practice how many people actually plan out what they want to do with extra time off, or even just a weekend. We all have an ever-growing bucket list, whether that looks like a physical list or it is a Pinterest board of ideas. Taking inspiration and saving ideas is a list of what you want to try. So we recommend going through your Instagram saved folder and your Pinterest and see what you have saved. Could be a DIY, or a place you want to travel, which takes us to our next tip…

.05 – Unplug from the world
Did you really think we would write about making the most of your time and not mention how necessary it is to unplug and refresh your mind? Nothing can dampen your spirits like the pressures of work, and spending too much time on social media. We have tried and failed at the process of trying to live in the moment and staying connected, the two can not coincide.
