This adorable Easter playdate is not only beautiful, but also green, and not like the color ;). The team strived for and achieved zero waste with the eco-friendly Easter party—can you believe it? We’re talking wooden eggs, recyclable treat bags, woven baskets, and ceramic dishes. And the color palette was natural too! Muted colors and tones of cream and white are atypical for Easter but we love it all the same! After viewing this pretty party, you will too!
Victoria at Le Coeur Boheme shares…
Living in Quebec with our long, snowy winters and with Spring almost here, we wanted to celebrate Easter with our kids in a fun way without the traditional Easter feel. We wanted to go for a more neutral, kinfolk inspired palette with a lot of textures. I absolutely love things that are non-traditional and creative! We also wanted to promote how to have a zero waste Easter! We decided to use mini mason jars and kraft paper treat bags, perfect for Easter treats and a scavenger hunt!
Bayard gateaux created a minimalist cake with mini eggs on top! For flowers, we also went very simple with little Pussywillow tales and some wild plants that I picked myself.
We were so blessed to have Little Joy by Melissa and Liv and Lea from Montreal outfit all the girls with their latest pieces from their spring collection! There was a lot of linen and lace and we loved that all the dresses and outfits played together so well. Even our moms were matching! And to capture it all, we knew we needed none other than the fabulous Robbie Photographe. Her work with children is absolutely breathtaking and we knew that she would be perfect for this shoot.
