Where animals roam free to the tune of playing piano… that’s the dreamland we picture when we scroll through this little girl’s dreamy boho bedroom. From the prints on the wall to the figurines on the dresser, it’s easy to see what this toddler loves; animals! That, and music too, as you can tell by her adorable baby grand, electric pink microphone, and ukulele. It’s just what her mama intended; a bedroom where she can grow up (but not too much) and have fun!
Mom and photographer, Carly Landolt, shares…
It’s been on my to do list to redecorate my daughter’s room from the nursery she came home to, to a perfect toddler oasis. I was chosen by URBN to win a pride month campaign, which gifted me a large ‘choose love’ art piece, done my Philadelphia artist- Amberella! I knew I wanted that to be the focal point of her room but I also wanted the room to represent Sloan and the little person she has become. She loves animals, music, books and discovering new places. I chose various animals to cover her room in the form of prints and more. I also set up a corner with musical instruments like a guitar, piano, karaoke mic and percussion for her to enjoy whenever she wants. I love incorporating boho feels in all the rooms of my home, in addition to plants. This room totally represents the cool little preschooler that Sloan is.
