Nothing says summer like a light and fruity cocktail! And although Fall is on the horizon, we’re in the midst of our hottest months here in SoCal. So, nothing sounds better than a refreshing wine cocktail! There is something for everyone to love amongst these delightful recipes – from a Rosé sangria to a tangy Tincho. So grab a glass and cheers to these late summer days!
The experts at ThirstyNest (the first ever wine and spirits registry for your wedding!) contributed their favorites with these first three lovely cocktails:
1. Limoncello Prosecco with Blueberries and Thyme

Lemon slices
Add the prosecco and limoncello liqueur to a pitcher and stir. Place a handful of berries in a glass, top with ice, and fill with the limoncello prosecco. Garnish with thyme and lemon slices.
1 1/2 cups red wine
4 oz. simple syrup
Add frozen strawberries, red wine, and simple syrup to a blender. Puree until smooth, fill with ice and blend until the ice has fully broken down. Pour into chilled wine glasses.
3. White Wine Mojito

Ice
Combine the lime, mint, and agave in a glass and muddle gently with a spoon. Add the wine, club soda, ice, and stir.

Instructions
Add all to a pitcher and stir. Let soak for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with ice in wine glasses.
1 1/4 cup organic dried rose buds
Add rose buds to the New Age Rosé. Seal in an air tight container and let step for 1-2 days. Strain into another jar and keep up to three months in the fridge.

Add all ingredients into a large wine glass or coupe and stir. Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.
