Our Country Chic Design at the Wayfair Registry Event

Last week, Bridal Fashion Week came to an end and we returned to Los Angeles. After a full week of runway shows and the Wayfair Registry Event, we came back full of inspiration and ideas! Inspiration we couldn’t wait to fill you all in on, of course! It was so exciting to see our curated collection of registry items come to life at Wayfair’s Registry Event. (We shared a bit about Wayfair’s brand new registry feature here!) If you joined us in New York City, you would have seen four beautiful vignettes of registry items designed by us and some of our wedding blogging friends. Here’s a peek into our country chic space!

The living room not only offered a cozy spot for guests passing through to sit and enjoy, but also a real life Pinterest board for brides to envision their home! We chose to design this room around a feeling. We wanted it to feel welcoming, comfortable, and pretty. Personally, we’re big fans of neutral colors and lots of texture. From the woven rug to the navy pillows and muted throws, we love how everything tied together so well.

You may be thinking, I love these pieces but they seem a little pricey to add to our registry. Well, the good news is that you can totally register for these big tickets items with the ‘group gift’ feature on Wayfair. By marking an item with ‘group gift’ on your registry, your friends and family can contribute their desired amount towards something you really want. The space filled with character as we brought in dark brown chests to serve as coffee and end tables, a rustic bench, and unique patterned vases and accessories. This bookshelf also served as the perfect spot to showcase some of our favorite decorative objects. Cute, right?

In addition to a cozy living room, we curated a beautiful bedroom as well. The soft setup looked absolutely serene set in the beautifully lit loft, up against the floor-to-ceiling windows. We never wanted to leave! Pillows piled atop the linen duvet, baskets were filled with extra blankets, and a tufted bench was set at the end of the bed. Voila!
