Romantic Four Seasons Maui Wedding

This romantic wedding, under a canopy of trees at the Four Seasons Maui, has completely captured our hearts! You may recognize the bride & groom as the adorable duo behind Happily Ever Etched. Their creativity shined on their very own wedding day. They decided on a destination wedding in Hawaii – and are convincing us that we should all be married there! From gorgeous beach portraits, captured by the wonderful Jenna Bechtholt, to a palmy and pineapple adorned reception, it hits tropical on the head – in a supremely elegant way. Jenny wore a couture worthy BHLDN gown that continues to take our breath away every time we scroll through these images and Charles looked incredibly dapper in a navy blue suit. We really couldn’t picture a more perfect day for these two!

The bride shares, While vacationing in Maui a couple years prior, enjoying the gorgeous Four Seasons resort, we dreamed about how amazing it would be be get married in such a beautiful place. The view, the tropical vibes, and the perfect weather.. It was all very dreamy! When it came to our engagement and wedding planning– we both have small families and a close knit group of friends so we knew we wanted something very intimate. It didn’t take much for us to decide that Maui was the perfect place for us to marry! Because who wouldn’t want a Maui wedding!?

Charles and I met spontaneously through mutual friends and instantly had a connection. Fate brought us together and blessed us with the opportunity to own a business together. As the owners of Happily Ever Etched, we are always inspired by unique wedding themes which made it overwhelming and difficult to decide which way we wanted to take the style of our own special day. Maui alone is absolutely stunning so it felt right to keep things simple to fully embrace the island’s beauty. We combined a soft color palette and greenery to create an elegant and whimsical beach wedding.

Our favorite part of the day was our first dance as Mr. & Mrs. We shared a sweet and romantic dance to John Legend’s All of Me, under tall plumeria trees, overlooking the ocean and bubbles blowing. The moment was very heartfelt and filled with emotions of joy, happiness and love. It felt like a dream!
