This Temecula winery garden wedding inspiration captures the timeless beauty of a classic Italian Garden wedding right here in Southern California. At first glance, we find ourselves transported to the land of rolling hills and flowing wine. And you too will truly feel like you’ve stepped under the Tuscan sun as you page through the pastel, secret garden-style shoot. But beyond the beautiful venue, the details – like a sheer embroidered gown and romantic ceremony arch – will also leave you breathless…
Dawn Weisberg from Tularosa Flowers says, We were inspired by the beautiful Italian gardens of Falkner Winery in Temecula, CA. Bringing back memories of studying art in Italy, I wanted to create floral and event design conjuring feelings of the Roman countryside with a decidedly decadent feeling. Using stunningly beautiful lilies, garden roses, tweedia and fruit, all from local California growers provided by Fifty Flowers, we designed florals that are unabashedly romantic, lush and just a little wild.
The ceremony flowers capture the feeling of a secret garden, while the tablescape was inspired by European paintings and the large urns at the venue were overflowing with many varieties of lilies, snapdragon, dahlias, godetia, roses, passion fruit and grapes. Photographer Martin Ngo Photography captured all of the gorgeous light, design details, spectacular views of the vineyard, and the dreamy romance of the couple.
The breathtaking, lighter-than-air Lucia gown from Liz Martinez Bridal, available at En Blanc LA, echoes the ethereal beauty of the lilies with its floral embroidered silk chiffon and tulle bodice and body defining cut. Delicate lace booties from Badgley Mischka complimented the modern bridal look, and a gorgeous ring from Allen Gleur completed the bridal ensemble. The groom’s wear continues the floral theme with a tonal soft white jacquard weave dinner jacket with modern tailoring from Giovanni Testini and Suitfellas.
Make-up artist Melina from Beauty by Melina created a naturally radiant look for model Alexa Miller. Connie Novello of Salon Novello did an artfully deconstructed romantic semi-up style for the bride and a dashing clean cut look for groom Brian Jackson.
Calligrapher, Love Jenna K, designed a romantic invitation suite highlighting lilies with beautiful hand tinted paper. QTs Pretty Lil Things created custom dyed linens for a truly one of a kind look for the table. Finally, clear Napoleon Chairs and gold and glass chargers from APR Boutique Rentals completed the classically modern look of the table design.
Beautiful wedding venue. And the bride and groom look like models.
