This urban chic wedding inspiration captured the essence of the season so well; winter whites, velvet textures, and candlelight. And would you expect anything else than a rad industrial venue for a Portland wedding? From the tabletop adorned with emerald menus and anemones, to the marble stationery suite, the details are impeccable. While we love every bit of the white and green wedding decor, the couple brings it all to life. To keep them warm, The Black Tux and Elizabeth Dye dressed the groom in velvet and the bride in long flowy sleeves. But they also had their love to keep them warm, of course. Deyla Huss Photography captured the pair’s undeniable connection and all the stunning details, making us swoon with every image. See what we mean for yourself…
Deyla says, This wedding styled shoot was designed around a real engaged couple! With a mixture of modern lines and cozy lounge settings, green velvet and white and black felt, it felt so chic and wintery. The “groom” wore a black velvet tux and the “bride” had 3 different gowns she wore that were designed by the talented Elizabeth Dye. Everything was hand picked and designed by local vendors including the rings, jewelry, and invitation suite. I absolutely loved the colors and feel throughout, and the couple couldn’t have more enamored with one another!
