18th century stone walls and an antique grey gown give this romantic wedding in Prague an old world feel. The stunning inspiration is a mix of elegance and romance, modern beauty and classic charm. It was the wedding dress that first won us over with it’s layers of tulle and floral applique, but then the accents of deep burgundy and navy color made us swoon even more. And if all of that doesn’t make you fall in love, the uniquely European details and Prague setting sure will.
Photographer Katka Koncal says…
The inspiration behind this wedding in Prague was to show the equality of human kind. The concept was all about love between two young people no matter of their origin. Our intention was to inspire and show that deep down inside we are all the same and connected to each another. And wedding is the milestone where we promise this unconditional love.
The majority of the shoot took place indoors in an aged building with beautiful old walls from the 18th century. Our wooden table was set up elegantly with candles and decorated with flowers. We incorporated lots of fine muted colors to match the surroundings of the venue.
We complimented our bride’s short hair with a wedding dress from a White Prague Day, which allows lots of movement and allowed the bride to feel free. The make-up was very natural with a distinctive dark red lipstick. For the groom, we decided to go with a classic and elegant dark blue suit.
