We love anything modern in weddings, and succulents are some of our favorite modern wedding eye candy. Photographer extraordinaire Kristin Rogers sent over this gorgeous grey and yellow wedding at one of my favorite venue’s Smog Shoppe! Evan and Andrea had such a fun wedding filled with family touches and warm fun details.
Here are some facts about the wedding from photographer Kristin Rogers:
-Top piece of the Chuppah made from the lace of Andrea’s moms wedding dress and her grandma’s prayer shawl.
-Evan and Andrea love breakfast, so their hors d’oeuvres were all breakfast yummies!
-The feel of the venue was #1 priority since Evan is an Architect and many of our guests were in that field.
-Most memorable moment of their wedding day — Evan – First look, Andrea – Ceremony. Combined – Cake cutting with Margaritaville playing and guests singing
-Walked down the aisle to– Tiny Dancer by Elton John
-Advice for those planning now?– By both being heavily involved and not having too many cooks in the kitchen, we were able to make the end result truly feel like us!

So pretty… love the colors and I love the place cards set up!
I love how this couple let the venue (with all its succulents) inspire their florals and decor. Plus, any combination of craspedia and succulents is perfect in my mind!
