Needless to say, we love this couple’s style! The bride’s Monique Lhuillier gown, in particular, is completely captivating. In similar fashion, her groom wore a dapper black suit and burgundy tie. Although this wedding took place in the winter months, it is totally timeless. The stunning sunny day didn’t hurt either..

The bride shares…
Selecting a wedding date the week before Christmas, I hoped to incorporate both my love for the holiday and my preference for earthiness and simple, organic California elegance. In keeping with this concept, I kept flowers to a minimum. I opted for whimsical greens cascading from the bouquets, centerpieces and chandeliers. A roaring log fire and creamy taper candles dripping down antique brass holders supplemented the glow from the Christmas tree dressed in gold. During the early hours of the reception, our band serenaded guests with a mix of classic love songs and holiday ballads.
While the day did not lack in beautiful details, our most cherished moments are, and will always be, the words – the heartfelt speeches – that were shared amongst our families and closest friends. What an abundant and extraordinary feeling to be surrounded by so much love and support in one room!
