If there is one thing we can promise, it’s that we will never get enough of the blue and grey color palette that this shoot incorporates! However, it’s the venue that truly sets this apart. This historic dairy facility was once a working farm in Seaford Delaware in the early 1930’s, and after the Vanderwende family put in lots of hard work, it is now the elegant round top roof barn that you’ll see below. The vendors utilized the acres and acres of views on this gorgeous property for the perfect outdoor wedding inspiration at Vanderwende Acres!
Nikki Chambers of Elevee and Co shares “Looking to set themselves apart from other rustic venues on the East Coast, family-owned and operated, Vanderwende Acres brought together a team of vendors to craft a wonderfully romantic styled shoot. Details of the shoot stemmed from a color palette featuring soft blues, greys, and touches of muted purples that produced a cohesive, season-less look that can inspire all. Putting a focus on lush florals, the design team created a plethora of “moments” in and around the barns’ beautiful spaces like the natural wood front doors, outdoor stone fireplace, and towering white silo. Much thought was given to highlighting these aspects of the property’s architecture and bringing in fun touches to make the shoot stand out. Vintage milk truck turned cocktail bar? Yes please! Please sit back, grab a draft Black Cherry Bourbon Fizz and browse this stunning shoot.”
