How fitting for a florist (who’s beautiful maternity session took place at a flower farm) to have a garden inspired nursery for her daughter! The beautiful pastel color palette is perfect for baby girl, Cambria. Mama, Jessica, of The Petal Company shares all the inspiration and where she sourced the cozy furniture pieces, statement making accessories, and unique floral wallpaper below!
As soon as my Husband and I started trying to have a baby I began brainstorming design ideas for the nursery. With over a year to plan by the time I found out I was pregnant the room design was finalized; all I had to do was wait but this time it was just a few months to see if it was a boy or girl. I am a floral designer and stylist in California so I knew if it was a girl I wanted her room to be garden inspired. I searched everywhere for wallpaper and finally found the perfect print at Anthropologie. That wallpaper became the foundation for my design. Once I found out we were having a little girl it was go time! We did everything in the room ourselves, from the painting and wallpapering to the custom wood work and lighting. There are so many special touches in her room. All of the Disney snow globes my Grandmother got me for Christmas every year as a little girl. I saved them hoping one day I would have a little girl of my own and they would go in her room and now my dream has come true.
Pink and yellow garden is the perfect theme for a nursery! So stealing that idea!
