Little Prince Baby Shower

This event planner Momma of Come Together Events naturally came up with the most regal little prince baby shower we’ve seen on the baby blog today! Her little guy’s onesies even played off Mom’s profession! With this shower, the red carpet (er, gold in this case) was rolled out for Prince Hutch’s soon arrival!

The shower was set at the historical Duke Mansion in Charlotte, North Carolina. The mom-to-be wanted to stray away from the traditional ‘baby blue’ for the shower, and went for a theme that flowed very nicely in the Duke Mansion–black, white and gold–fit for a prince! After the initial theme was chosen, Katrina, the mom-to-be, let her friends (who happen to be amazing event vendors too!) run with it. Boxed, letter pressed invitations with crowns on sticks set the tone for the event. The theme was carried through out from the cake (topped with a gold crown, of course!), to the menus, napkins and even down to the guests’ favors–crown cookies. The food was themed to be things that a little boy would eat: chicken and waffles, mac n’ cheese and sliders. No detail was left untouched!
