Fun and colorful don’t event begin to describe this little girl’s magical rainbow birthday party! Royale at But First, Party! describes the theme as ‘unicorn rainbow mermaid flamingo’ – and if that isn’t every 4 year old’s dream, we don’t know what is! We’ve seen a mermaid party, a flamingo party, and a unicorn party – but never all together! Somehow, Royale made it all come together by styling the tabletop with a silver dotted runner, mix & match tableware, and a killer balloon backdrop. Below, she describes how the party transformed from an idea to something truly magical, with a little help from her vendor friends!
Royale says, We were so excited when Rachel Pitzel asked us to create a magical party for her daughter Harper’s 4th birthday. The best part was the theme that Harper requested – unicorn rainbow mermaid flamingo! Best. Theme. Ever. We love to mix patterns and colors, so this was right up our alley. Dawn, from Earth Baby Flowers, created her signature ombré rainbow arrangement for us. Meanwhile, our friends at Sorella Collective nailed “Taste The Rainbow” with their gorgeous produce grazing board.
The cupcakes from Sugarcrush Sweets were frosted in rainbow swirls and featured unicorn horns, mermaid tails, and candy-dipped cherries. And the cake – oh my goodness – was so extra with loads of on-theme candles and giant gum balls. Our favorite touch was the super fun balloon garland from Bonjour Fete, especially since it featured the new metallic latex balloons and the cutest new unicorn balloon! Hope you think it is as magical as we do!
