We love a girly nursery, and this one is just that and more! Whether you want to decorate with floral letters, or boho accessories, this nursery will offer you plenty of inspiration. Yvette king shares her lifestyle on My Crowned Creations, and is now sharing her daughter’s beautiful nursery with us on our baby blog today! With a dresser she refurbished, bohemian accents, and a floral “A,” Yvette did a cute number on this room. Hear from her, the inspiration for the space:
I wanted my daughter’s nursery to have a “Midsummer’s Night” inspired, dreamy and bohemian feel.
I had been researching and visualizing bohemian nurseries since I can remember, so I had plenty of idealistic pictures in my head. My husband and I had a long road to pregnancy, which made this process that much more special for us. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
I chose a light gray paint to give the room an airy and calm feeling. During my second trimester (when I had tons of energy) I decided to sand, prime, and paint the vintage dresser I found at a garage sale. It just needed some TLC and new hardware to make it fabulous. Her room is quite small, so we didn’t want to fill it with too much clutter, only the essentials.
Baby pink and coral add a cute pop of color to the white and grey nursery.
The letter “A” not only adorns the wall, and dresser, but also the rocker, by way of this gold pillow. Adorable details such as a floral garland and hangar separators add the final touch!
This is so cute! Love!
