All of the sudden it seems like baby showers are getting fancier, and prettier, and chicer.. and we love featuring them on the baby blog! We think moms should be celebrated (and showered!) in high style and this feminine and floral baby shower is as savvy as they come! Decadent sweets are a must (cough cough – the bunny topped chocolates that glisten with that melt-in-your-mouth look begging to be both eaten and awed at), and pretty pale flowers made this a beautiful yet relaxing shower fit for a queen and her princess to be!
The momma-to-be was Lindsay Flynn, wife of Braedon Flynn from Braedon Photography. They were expecting their third child.. but first baby girl! Her good friend Carlie Davis brought together a talented team of ladies to create a sprinkle luncheon to celebrate Neela Rae’s upcoming arrival. About the inspiration Carlie said:“We were inspired by a garden setting, floral motifs and springtime and wanted to include bunny rabbits, natural wood chairs, linen tablecloths, loosely composed florals, and wooden flatware to carefully create a casual, garden party feel to the shower luncheon. The bunnies were from Michael’s and were spray painted white and those mini florentine trays from Casa de Perrin really brought everything together! We also had a champagne bar with yummy sparkling lemonade and berries. And all of the food was made and brought by friends.
