Desert Picnic Family Photos

This little babe and his mom & dad on our baby blog today are absolutely adorable! Their picnic family photos in a desert-like, riverside, setting were captured by the talented Brittany LeSueur. The shoot was styled by The Mod Boho with comfy pillows & blankets, super stylin’ outfits, and some yummy snacks. They ate their picnic while watching the sunset and enjoying their brand new babe! Baby boy Simon got lots of snuggles, love, and a few “airplane” rides from his doting mom and dad, who, by the way, are uber stylish. Talk about an idyllic afternoon! Their neutral, boho-esque outfits fit right in with the natural setting – we wonder how they look this good with a newborn! Here’s what Brittany has to say about the little family picnic!

I wanted to create something special and intimate for Ashley and Marcus at this sweet time in their lives. Ashley mentioned she’d love to do something outdoors, but with a newborn that can be a bit tricky. The riverside was a perfect setting for them to forget the everything else and focus solely on this new little family of theirs. A picnic was packed and we headed out to capture some very beautiful and special moments between these three.
