One of the first signs of spring? Easter Sunday! Bring out those pastel dresses and chocolate eggs, because it’s just over a week away! To kick off the celebrations, we’re sharing this super adorable, bright boho kids Easter party! Beijos Events likes to plan a shindig just for the kids (remember last year’s?!), for them to play with their pals, hunt for eggs, fill their baskets, and indulge in a cookie or two. This year, they knocked it out of the park with a theme signature to their boho SoCal brand. We’re talkin’ macrame table runners, wooden eggs, wild flowers, and dip dyed linens for a celebration both the little ones and their rents will love!

Easter is always one of my favorite holidays to celebrate. It’s the start to Spring and all things happy! My kids love it too for so many reasons. The egg hunt, the candy, the Easter Bunny!!! There’s so much to get excited about and to have fun with. Well, when I think of fun, I think of color, and that was my inspiration for this little playdate. Winter is over and it’s time for all the flowers to bloom, the grass to grow and the color to explode! When I was looking at Pottery Barn Kids I saw their new Justina Blakeney designed collection and fell in love. It was full of life and color and had me begging for Spring. It inspired me for this playdate and was the main catalyst for the theme. Between the print and all the color I knew I couldn’t go wrong with all this fun!
One of my favorite pieces Justina designed has to be the macrame canopy that we used as the egg hunting starting point. The kiddos all got their Easter baskets in the prettiest spot and were sent off on the hunt! Then we met at the table to share stories of all the fun! Details were provided by PoppyJack Shop, sweet signage and tags for the baskets. And the most gorgeous florals adorned the table by MV Florals. The kids were all dressed in Rylee & Cru‘s new Spring/Summer line with the most adorable accessories from The Daydream Republic. I’ll never get enough of those floral bunny ears!!
The last thing on the agenda was, of course, desserts! These are always the highlight, and the ones by Sweet Lemon Bakeshop didn’t disappoint! They were as delicious as they were delightful. From cute bunnies to beautiful florals, these are the real deal! The kiddos loved them and couldn’t get enough! All in all it was a great day to share with friends and everyone was full of happiness when they left. That’s all I need at the end of the day – creativity leading to smiles!
This is sooo cute!!
