Hanging macrame, tapestry signs, and rocking horse planters make this all white baby shower on our baby blog today something to inspire many showers down the line. The pretty pale grey accents and plates with calligraphy encouragement such as “be wild” & “be brave” add even more beauty to the already stunning tablescape covered in one-of-a-kind linens and white florals. Guests began their meal with fresh charcuterie plates and finished with an assortment of matchy matchy desserts. This is just our style shower.
The designer at Blanc Floral Design and Event Styling says, There’s nothing that fills my heart with joy more than celebrating people I love. This shower celebrated the impending arrival of the first-born child of my dear friends, Angelica and Eric.
Mainly staged outside, we created an intimate, warm, feminine aesthetic. White urns and vases were used for flowers, including the horse vase used as a large centerpiece. The color palette incorporated neutrals, touches of grey, and metallics. Dinner plates were customized with hand-lettered phrases celebrating the baby boy. Tablecloths and napkins were sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico. Special details included the various animal heads used to create the tablescape for the dessert table that presented individual ruffled and “naked” cakes.
