Grey & Blue Baby Boy Nursery

Alex and Kyle Mark Johnson welcomed their new baby boy, Levi William Johnson, into this beautiful grey and blue baby boy nursery! With the help of Tori at New Arrivals Inc., this couple outfitted their son’s room in style. The navy blue, white, and grey color scheme is calming, yet modern, and cute. All that a nursery should be!

Tori shares, Not far from the seaside town where Alex Murrel starred in the hit MTV reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, Alex’s cozy California abode is tucked away in the hills of Newport Beach. From Alex’s swoon worthy bungalow, her peaceful nursery, and her beautiful newborn, we can’t help but be obsessed with this coastal family!

The design of baby Levi’s nursery is tranquil and enchanting, encompassing soft grays and different shades of blue. Inspiration was easy to find since it has always been around Alex in the intimate and authentic beach neighborhoods that surround her and her family. We started with fabrics, choosing several patterns in gray and blue. White walls give the room a blank canvas for the fun animal prints and large ocean print, which is Kyle’s favorite piece in the room! The different themes of bohemian, coastal, modern, and animal inspired intertwine to create a serene space for baby Levi.

The modern white furniture found in the crib, dresser, and rocker add a minimalist feel while the wooden legs against the crisp white rocker warm the space. We love greenery for nurseries because it adds an earthy feel and a pop of color. The fig tree and succulents mixed with the decorative rustic ladder warm the space and create a cozy area.

The nursery features warm neutrals and soft textures throughout. The details in this space include a handy bookshelf, custom roman shades with pom pom fringe, white floating wall shelves for keepsakes and stuffed animals, and a simple bohemian patterned area rug. Decorative pieces in deep blue give the room the perfect pop of color. We customized the baby bedding, which includes a gray and white striped crib skirt, several gray patterned crib sheets, and a navy patterned baby blanket, backed in super cozy faux fur. The unique dark blue throw pillow found on the rocker was custom created from a piece of fabric Alex picked up at a flea market!

We have major room envy after seeing the final outcome of Levi’s enchanting grey and blue baby boy nursery. Warm and cozy throughout, we hope Baby Levi loves this space as much as we do!
