What goes better together than ice cream and a beach day? This shoot is like a grown up (more bohemian) version of your typical ice cream stand, and boy would we keep going back! Not only is it the prettiest stand we’ve ever seen, but also it has more than just ice cream! Cotton candy in ice cream cones, cake pops in ice cream bowls, and more! Perf, this way we can have our treats and eat them too – without the threat of it all melting away! They took the theme to the extreme with ice cream decor that looks good enough to eat (avoid the balls of yarn and flowers when attempting to eat the waffle cones!). Better yet, so much of this is DIY-able (yep that’s the latest addition to our vocabulary)! Basically, anything you see on that amazing ice cream cart (built by Shift Creative) can be handmade, both the pink dyed ropes and yarn balls, but maybe not the adorable melon and gold buckets. This makes us fall in love with pastels all over again! Our next ice cream social (and yes they happen frequently) will most definitely follow suit. We look forward to enjoying yummy treats and frolicking with flowers in our hair and sand between our toes ASAP.
